The platform provides a range of gambling-related services to registered users, including but not limited to: online slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, live football wagering, lottery-style games, and poker and table game variants.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality made available through the kutu4d platform. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

kutu4d serves users primarily based in Malaysia, including players located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Bangsar, and other regions across the country. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency payment options.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between kutu4d and each registered user.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the kutu4d website, services, software, and all associated content accessible via kutu4d.buzz.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the kutu4d registration process.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by kutu4d.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by kutu4d for account verification and withdrawal eligibility.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is ineligible to hold an Account as defined under Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, graphics, software, game content, data, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to kutu4d.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date on which the current version of these Terms took effect.

In order to register and maintain a valid Account on kutu4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration;
• You are a natural person (corporate or entity registrations are not permitted);
• You are registering voluntarily for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You do not currently hold another active Account on the kutu4d platform (duplicate accounts are prohibited);
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the kutu4d platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a kutu4d employee or contractor in a role that creates a conflict of interest;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation;
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction, or if you have, you have sought appropriate professional guidance before registering.

kutu4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Providing false information in order to satisfy eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the kutu4d platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or using shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to: your legal full name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian mobile phone number, and preferred login credentials. You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete at the time of registration, and you agree to update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

kutu4d applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard financial compliance practices. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad) or passport — and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. kutu4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kutu4d support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

By using the kutu4d platform, you agree to access and use all services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

5.1 Permitted Use

You may access the kutu4d platform to:

• Register and maintain a personal Account;
• Browse and participate in available games and betting markets;
• Deposit and withdraw funds using supported payment methods;
• Claim and use eligible bonuses and promotions in accordance with their stated terms;
• Access responsible gambling tools and support resources.

5.2 Platform Availability

kutu4d endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. kutu4d will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of downtime or service unavailability.

5.3 Communication

By registering an Account, you consent to receiving transactional and operational communications from kutu4d via email, SMS, or in-platform notification. These include account verifications, deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates, and important policy notices. Marketing communications are subject to your individual preference settings.

6.1 Deposits

kutu4d accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be flagged for investigation and may result in Account suspension pending verification.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method within five (5) minutes for standard transactions, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active withdrawal holds on the Account. kutu4d reserves the right to apply a processing review period of up to 48 hours in cases where additional compliance checks are required.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered Account holder. kutu4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any withdrawal found to involve money laundering or fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the Account balance will be frozen pending investigation.

6.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. kutu4d does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

kutu4d offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is triggered;
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or to the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the individual promotion terms;
• kutu4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, with or without notice;
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the registered Account holder only. Systematic or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting" — is strictly prohibited and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of associated funds;
• Bonus winnings that are withdrawn before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will be void and removed from the Account balance.

All bets placed on the kutu4d platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type or sports market. Sports betting markets include, but are not limited to, Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UFC, and live football events. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed and recorded in our system with a unique bet reference number. kutu4d reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including in cases of technical errors, pricing errors, or suspicious betting patterns.

8.2 Errors and Palpable Mistakes

If a bet is accepted at an odds price that is clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error (a "palpable mistake"), kutu4d reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake to the player's Account. kutu4d will endeavour to identify and act on such errors promptly and equitably.

8.3 Game Results

All RNG-based game outcomes (slots, virtual games, lottery) are produced by certified random number generators operated by licensed software providers. Results are final and are not subject to appeal except in cases of demonstrable technical malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, kutu4d will conduct an investigation and, where appropriate, void affected bets and return stakes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kutu4d platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or participating in money laundering or the placement of funds derived from illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to access or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to kutu4d;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any portion of the platform's software or content;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional offers;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or kutu4d staff through any communication channel;
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose other than personal entertainment, including reselling account access or credits.

kutu4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void any bets or game outcomes generated in connection with such conduct, and to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account where fraud or wilful misrepresentation is established.

All content on the kutu4d platform — including but not limited to the kutu4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, text, software, data compilations, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of kutu4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of kutu4d.

Any unauthorised use of kutu4d's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kutu4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

This limitation includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or business opportunities;
• Losses arising from platform downtime or service interruption;
• Losses arising from errors in pricing, odds, or game outcomes that were corrected in good faith;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

kutu4d's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your kutu4d Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon request, any real-money balance in your Account that meets withdrawal eligibility criteria (including KYC completion) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Termination by kutu4d

kutu4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

In cases of termination for cause, kutu4d reserves the right to withhold and/or forfeit any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, real-money balances will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which kutu4d is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

kutu4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kutu4d will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email, in-platform notification, or prominent website notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the kutu4d platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure through our support team.
